Phase 2
What's happening now?
Phase 2 began on 7/29/2026, during this phase New Concourse A vertical structure construction will begin.
On the existing Concourse C, Gates C12 and C10 are closed while McCarthy constructs the temporary walkout gates C13a and C13b.
The installation of temporary walkout gates for B12a will start in this phase.
Phase 3
What's happening later?
Phase 3 will begin on October 22, 2026.
Aircraft Gates B1, B3, B5, B7, and C10 will remain closed and out of service. Gates C2, C4, C6, and C8 will be taken out of service as construction of the new Concourse B begins.
The modified C12 gate and new C13a, C13b and B12a walkout gates will open.
Phase 3 construction activities will include apron demolition, installation of new utilities, and construction of the foundations for the new Concourse B. The phase will conclude with the opening of the first four gates of new Concourse A.
