Phase modifications
The are no modifications for this Phase 1 Currently Anticipated.
Phase 1
What's happening now?
Phase 1 will begin on February 17, 2026.
Aircraft gates B3, B5, B7, and B9 will be shut down for construction during this phase; Gate B1 will remain closed and out of service.
McCarthy will install temporary construction fencing approximately in the location shown to separate the active work zone from adjacent airport operations.
Phase 1 construction activities will include apron demolition, installation of new utilities, and construction of foundations for the new Concourse A.
Phase 2
What's happening later?
In Phase 2, the relocated Gate B9 will be opened for use.
By Concourse B the temporary construction fence extents will be modified to provide access to the relocated B9 gate while still maintaining separation of the active work area from airside operations.
New Concourse A vertical structure construction will begin during this phase.
On the existing Concourse C, Gates C12 and C10 will be closed while McCarthy constructs the temporary gates at this location.
