Phase 1
What's happening now?
Phase 1 Began on February 17, 2026.
Aircraft gates B1. B3, B5, and B7 will remain closed and out of service. B2 and C1 will remain closed until 7/27.
Relocated B9 opened back up on May 28th, 2026.
McCarthy will install temporary construction fencing approximately in the location shown to separate the active work zone from adjacent airport operations.
Phase 1 construction activities will include apron demolition, installation of new utilities, and construction of foundations for the new Concourse A.
Phase 2
What's happening later?
In Phase 2, New Concourse A vertical structure construction will begin.
On the existing Concourse C, Gates C12 and C10 will be closed while McCarthy constructs the temporary gates at this location.
The installation of temporary walkout gates for B12 will start in this phase.
