Please note B9 will open earlier than previously anticipated and will now occur in phase one, opening May 28th, 2026.
Phase 1
What's happening now?
Phase 1 Began on February 17, 2026.
Aircraft gates B1. B3, B5, and B7 will remain closed and out of service.
Relocated B9 will open back up on May 28th, 2026.
McCarthy will install temporary construction fencing approximately in the location shown to separate the active work zone from adjacent airport operations.
Phase 1 construction activities will include apron demolition, installation of new utilities, and construction of foundations for the new Concourse A.
Phase 2
What's happening later?
In Phase 2, New Concourse A vertical structure construction will begin.
On the existing Concourse C, Gates C12 and C10 will be closed while McCarthy constructs the temporary gates at this location.
